Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- DP Live Administration functions have been integrated into the DrugPak Main Module. DP Live Administrator (DPLADMIN.EXE) is no longer developed, and has been replaced with a small program that will instead launch the DrugPak Main Module. User permissions are controlled through the new Contacts interface in the Main Module. An improved "Custom Tag" interface has been added to Global Settings. See "What's New in DrugPak 6.0" for more information. -------------------------------------------------------- 4. Fixes -------------------------------------------------------- Many fixes of a variety of importance have been handled in this update. A comprehensive list has not yet been exported from our project management database. Please call for details. -------------------------------------------------------- 5. Known Issues -------------------------------------------------------- Certain pages are not loading in Internet Explorer (FireFox and Netscape load these pages fine). We are actively working on the problem. Post-CD Fixes and Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- 6/12/2007 [2882] "View Pending Randoms" form now offers a date range. [7561] Fixed problem where the Participant ID display text setting was not being obeyed. [7686] For Skin Developers: the <#DPLINPUT> tag now passes through all parameters to the output tag. This is useful for specifying Javascript event handlers, class names, IDs, etc. 6/18/2007 [7724] For Skin Developers: New tag: <#DISPLAYLABEL>. For displaying the label the DP user sets for custom fields. An example would be if P_SORT1 were labeled "PHYSICAL EXAM EXPIRATION" by the DP user, the following tag would display "PHYSICAL EXAM EXPIRATION" in DPL instead of "P_SORT1" <#DISPLAYLABEL FIELD=PART.P_SORT1> 8/15//2007 [7876] Corrected a problem (introduced on 6/1/2007) in the result query that was causing abysmal performance when retrieving test results and open randoms. [7877] For Skin Developers: Added DASH= parameter to the DATAFIELD tag. The DASH= parameter allows you to specify a query file to run in-line. This basically allows you to run multiple queries on the same page. However there is no method provided for scrolling through the dash output. It is single-line only. Also, there is no field-level permission-control on the dash output. That is to say, because DASH query output may often be custom fields, those fielddefs don't exist, and therefore no permissions can be set. Without this override, the system would reject the datafield tag (being unable to confirm permissions). DASH parameter is supported by DATAFIELD, DISPLAYTEXT, IFDATAFIELD, IFNOTDATAFIELD tags. 8/28/2007 [7561] Fixed problem where DP Live was not obeying the Global Settings "DP Live Module > Display Settings > Participant ID Display". This has been fixed for backward-compatibility with DP 5.5. However, this option has been deprecated in version 6.0 and future versions of skins may not support it. [7636] Fixed problem where the [Mark these results "Seen"] button did not appear when displaying "all new results" in the new skins. [7980] Fixed problem where result letters were not printing properly in IE7, due to a failure of page breaks. [8091] It is no longer possible to log into DP Live without Cookies and Javascript enabled. Cookies and Javascript have always been required for the proper functioning of the service, but now the Login button will be disabled unless Cookies and Javascript are both enabled. [8162] Fixed problem where only the documents for the "Current Company" were accessible. This was only problem when viewing lists for "All Companies," then clicking the paperclip button for a result in an arbitrary company. 11/20/2007 [8204] Fixed 7207 error when trying to log in as a user that has access to more than 3500 companies. [8212] Fixed error "field drivers.corec_id is required" when trying to add a participant. 11/26/2007 [8242] Fixed bug "File SCRIPTCOOKIE.TXT does not exist". Rebuilt to attempt to resolve IIS permissions issues. 12/05/2007 [8291] Fixed error message "Table COLLECT.DBF not documented" when trying to log in. 12/11/2007 [8223] Contacts linked to a home base but no company cannot login.
