Important Notes for Current Users -------------------------------------------------------- Do not attempt to install this software into your existing "DP32" directory. DP50 must be installed in its own directory. The recommended installation path for DrugPak is ...\scanlon\dp50. DP50 has an enhanced database structure and a new database engine. For this reason, DP50 will not connect directly to your current DP40 database. You will need to "migrate" your data from your current DrugPak database into the DP50 database. When you run DP50 for the first time, it will automatically detect your "previous" copy of DrugPak, and offer to run the Migration program. The migration process is very simple. Due to structural changes in the DP50 database, special considerations will apply if you have custom reports, or if you regularly use custom SQL queries. The Migration Program will help you identify these issues before you migrate the data. If choose to not migrate your data immediately, DP50 will not yet recognize the User Names and Passwords you entered in DP40. Until you migrate your DP40 data, you must login to DP50 with the following information: User: MASTER Password: (do not enter a password ) You can choose to migrate your data at any time by selecting "Tools | Advanced | Migrate Data from DP40" from the DrugPak 5.0 main menu. Please read these release notes to familiarize yourself with the many enhancements in DrugPak 5.0. -------------------------------------------------------- 5. Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- NEW DATABASE ENGINE DrugPak 5.0 now uses the Advantage Database Engine. One of the new engine's primary benefits is that it now supports true Client/Server processing (purchased separately). The Client/Server version of the database engine provides lightning fast response for your high-volume, multi-user, or wide-area network environment, while virtually eliminating incidents of data corruption. To learn more about the DrugPak Client/Server option, visit http://drugpak.com/dp50 and click on the "Why Client/Server?" link. DROP-DOWN LISTS New drop-down lists make data entry easier than ever. You no longer need to open a separate window to look-up a data entry value (although you can still do that if you wish). The new data entry lists show both the input Code and Description. You can control whether you want to type in the Code or the Description (See "Preferences | Workstation Preferences"). Type-ahead searching allows you to type only part of the input value, and the list will automatically locate the closest matching item in the list. NEW DATE INPUT FIELDS Use up-and-down arrow keys to scroll the day, month, or year values in the input field. A new compact calendar component speeds data-entry. Press the DELETE key to quickly clear the date field. CUSTOM DATA FIELDS The Companies, Results, and Participants data files now offer more custom sorting fields. These custom fields are hidden by default. Create custom labels for and control the visibility of these fields via "Preferences | Global Settings." RESULTS: SPECIMEN TYPE This database field has been added to the results file. If provided, it will appear on the Result Letter. This field is not required. U = urine B = breath S = saliva H = hair L = blood RESULTS: ADULTERANT An ADULTERANT field allows you to enter Adulterant information. This is linked to a checkbox displayed on the Results Page, but the data field actually stores the name of the adulterant, which you must enter. If provided, the Adulterant data will appear on the Results Letter. RESULTS: DILUTE / SUBSTITUTED New checkboxes on the Results page let you quickly mark a result DILUTE or SUBSTITUTED. These dedicated fields can be used to isolate records for custom reporting. If either of these checkboxes is marked ON, then the words "DILUTE SPECIMEN" or "SUBSTITUTED SPECIMEN" will appear on the Results Letter. RESULTS: COC(CCF) RECEIVED The results record can now store whether you have received your copy of the Chain of Custody and Control Form. Click on this checkbox to display a calendar. Specify the date the COC form was received. RANDOM SELECTION STATISTICS REPORT The user-interface for the Random Selection Statistics report has been simplified. It is now much easier to select specific Profiles, Companies, Consortia, Date Ranges, or specific Random Batches to appear on the report. RESULT LETTERS: FULL RANGE OF RECORDS A new checkbox ("Full Range of Records") on the Result Letter report options screen allows you to easily print all new result letters. When this checkbox is ON, the report will NOT print records previously printed. The report WILL obey the DOT/Non-DOT, Excluded Canceled, and other fine-tuning options, but otherwise you will no longer need to specify a range of participants or batch numbers. RESULT LETTERS: NEW DATA FIELDS "Sample Type", "Adulterant," "Dilute/Substituted" added to Result Letter. RESULT LETTERS: SUPPRESSING UNWANTED DATA "Collector Name" line will be suppressed if it has not been entered in the Result Record. A new option has been provided to suppress the MRO Signature line in all Alcohol results. TOOLBAR: QUICK RESULT LETTER The "Envelope" button on main toolbar allows you to print result letter for the currently displayed result. TOOLBAR: ISOLATE PARTICIPANT'S RESULTS A special button on the main tool bar will display a pop-up window listing all of a participant's results in a list. Double-click on a result in the list to view the detailed record on the Results Page. The toolbar button can be identified by the picture of a "walking person" next to a blue test tube. INCOMPLETE TESTS Require Occupation for DOT results, and Require Occupation for Non-DOT results ...are now controlled as separate options. INCOMPLETE TEST REPORT A new option has been provided, to print each company on a new page when printing for multiple companies. SUMMARY OF DRUG TESTING REPORT A new option has been provided: "Never Print Matrix". This will prevent the DOT Matrix report from printing even if the Summary report is being printed for DOT records only. NON-UNIQUE HOME BASE CODES Previously, Home Base CODE values needed to be unique throughout the whole system. Now Home Bases for different Companies can use the same CODE. HOME BASE REPORT Home Base list can now be printed for a single company or consortium. SPECIMEN COLLECTOR DATABASE Collector names are now stored in a database, and linked to a specific Collection site. The drop-down list of Collector Names will only show names associated with the current collection site. Names typed into the Collector Name field in the result record will be automatically added to the Collector Name database. You can edit the Collector Names database via the File menu, or via the [>] function button located to the right of the Collector Name list on the Results page. MRO NAME DATABASE Access the MRO Names database via the File menu, or via the [>] button located to the right of the MRO Name field on the Results Page. RANDOM SELECTION CERTIFICATION LETTER "Total percentage of eligible participants selected from this random pool" has now been broken down into separate Drug and Alcohol figures. CHANGE ALL PARTICIPANT NAMES TO "INITIAL CAPS" This is useful if you would like to change UPPERCASE NAMES to be formatted in lowercase with Initial Capital Letters. See "Tools | Advanced | Update Names / Alpha Sort" CHANGE ALL PARTICIPANT ID'S TO SSN Added ability to change all Participant ID's to SSN in a single company. See "Tools | Change Participant ID" -------------------------------------------------------- 6. Fixes in the CD-Release -------------------------------------------------------- DATA-ENTRY: INTIAL CAPS Initial caps routine improved, to prevent forcing a capital letter after every apostrophe. RANDOMS: SELECTING ALTERNATES It is now not possible to select a Terminated participant as a Random Alternate. Terminated participants are excluded from the list of Alternates. CHANGE PARTICIPANT ID When changing a Participant ID in a company that uses the SSN as the participant ID, the participant's SSN will also be changed. LOOKUP WINDOWS Lookups would not update the preferred "Active records only" option. Previously this option was stored in Workstation Settings. Now it is stored along with the other Lookup preferences, and so the preference will be recorded if you ever change the checkbox setting from within the Find window. Previously, even if you changed the checkbox, the next time you opened the Find window, the Active Records Only checkbox would be reset to the setting specified in Workstation Settings. SSN CHECKING When a duplicate SSN was found in the current record, the software would not let you automatically look at the existing record. This has been fixed. USERS FILE Solved problems setting passwords in the Users File. -------------------------------------------------------- 7. Known Issues -------------------------------------------------------- You can keep up-to-date with the latest version of DrugPak by visiting our Update page on the web: http://drugpak.com/dp50 DrugPak 5.0 is ready for use. It has gone through 5 months of beta testing. "Real-live users" --beta testers-- have run random selections covering hundreds of thousands of participants. Thousands of results have been imported, letters printed, emails sent, faxes transmitted, and dollars invoiced. New bugs may be discovered after this version of DP5.0 is released. If you receive an error message when running the software, or discover a bug, please call us at 814-238-5103. The following items are known issues in the current release of DP50, and will be released in an interim update on our web site. HELP FILES The Help Files have not yet been updated to cover the new features in DP50. See the "Enhancements" section, above for an overview of what is different in the new software. Call for support if you can't find what you are looking for. CUSTOM DATA FIELDS Some new data fields may not yet appear on any of the standard reports. Call technical support. SAMPLE TYPE The new "Sample Type" field (Urine, Breath, Blood, etc) must be filled out manually. Not all MRO Management import scripts are configured to import this information. Contact Technical support for more information. DATE FIELDS The new calendar component has not been integrated into all possible locations. These components will gradually appear in more locations. Meanwhile, you can still right-click or press F2 on all date-input fields to display a pop-up calendar. DROP-DOWN LISTS The new drop-down selection lists have not been integrated into all possible locations. When a lookup list is not available, you can still right-click or press F2 in the input box to display a lookup window. "FLEX-LIST" REPORTS Many of you became familiar with "Flex Lists" to handle your special reporting scenarios. "Flex Lists" have been replaced with the "Advanced Print" dialog. The "Advanced Print" dialog can be used to customize record selection and report selection from most standard reports. Simply check ON the "Advanced Print" checkbox before printing your report. You can also load custom reports via the main menu: "Reports | Advanced Report Printer". This will display the Advanced Print dialog, from which you can load any Crystal 8.5 report from disk. (Most but not all DrugPak reports can be printed in this fashion). Call our tech support line for an introduction to the Advanced Print dialog. -------------------------------------------------------- 8. Post-CD Fixes -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20611 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Notification letter "report to" location text cut off. Stretched the field. 2. Company long form had extraneous CO_ID label. Removed the extra text. 3. MRO info is now suppressed for Non-DOT results. 4. View participants results grid showed "unknown" for the status, when the status really is known. Now the correct status is displayed. 5. Fixed access violation in NTDLL.DLL when opening the Advanced Export dialog. 6. Lookup windows would not remember field positions and sizes after shutting down the application. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20614 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Certification letter was not showing batch number or generation date. This has been fixed. 2. PERFORMANCE ON THE MAIN SCREEN HAS BEEN IMPROVED. The new drop-down lists were not optimized to use indexes. We have customized this component to behave much faster! 3. The "function button" next to the participant ID on the Results page was not functioning. Now it offers two options: "Show Find Participant Window", and "Edit participant Record". The "Show Find Participant Window" option is available only when inserting a new record. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20617 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Global Find Result window would not always successfully locate the correct result on the main screen, dependent upon what the active sort order was on the main screen. This has been fixed. 2. Find Result window would sometimes show the incorrect participant name in the lookup. This has been fixed. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20617 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. For users who migrated from DP40, the next random batch number was reset to R0000001. This would not result in duplicate batch numbers, but it would cause a confusing sequence. This has been fixed. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20625 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. The dBASE participant import routine was not fully compatible with files created by DP Client. Specifically, the ADMIN1 ... ADMIN6 fields were no longer supported. This has been fixed to ensure support for these legacy fields. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20627 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Random Alternates report was not printing alternates in the proper sequence. Fixed. 2. Abstract Error when using the Find Participant window when entering a new test result. Fixed. 3. The Random Selection Location Analysis report had some PERCENTAGE values which were off by a factor of 100. This has been fixed. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20628 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Under some circumstances, a new random selection could generate a batch number which had previously been used. This could create complications wherein two batches would be COMBINED on a single audit-trail. This has been fixed, so it should no longer be possible. If you believe you have been affected by this situation, contact our programming staff at 814-238-5103 and we will design a custom utility to separate the combined batches. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20703 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Incomplete Test Results report now includes participant name and SSN. 2. When adding new MRO Names to the MRO file while in the process of editing a test result, sometimes the MRO window would not close properly due to data validation exceptions from the result record. This has been fixed. 3. Packing and reindexing can be very slow. In the vast majority of cases, packing is an unnecessary step and greatly increases the required time. Now a "Reindex only" checkbox is available on the pack dialog. This is checked ON by default. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20705 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. "Envelope Button" on main toolbar for printing the current result's Result Letter was not honoring the "Signature Line" option from the Result Letter report options screen. This has been fixed. 2. The Consortium window now lists how many companies are included in the consortium, and excluded from the consortium. The Consortium Report now will indicate how many companies are included in the consortium (when printing company subtotals). 3. Made a change which SHOULD resolve the "could not find record" error when trying to go to a participant's result from the participants page. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20705a -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Scheduled Drug Tests total for the consortium in the Random Selection statistics report was getting reset whenever the profile changed. This has been fixed. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20719 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. On the Results page, you can now right-click on the Participant drop-down list to display the standard Find window. 2. FAA MIS form was not reporting Alcohol results. This has been fixed. 3. Summary of Drug Testing was not breaking down the number of positives per substance after the first Test Type group. This has been fixed. 4. An error would occur when adding a new MRO Name via the Results Page, if a batch number was not yet specified. This has been fixed. 5. Random Selection Location Analysis Effective Selection Rate was averaging the selection rate for multiple selections, instead of summing them. This has been fixed. 6. Random Selection Profile Statistics report would display the total scheduled tests for the last profile listed on the report, if the same consortium had randoms run under multiple profile names. This has been fixed. 7. Drop-down lists throughout the software, when searching by code, required the CAPS LOCK to be ON. This has been fixed, so when searching by code you can search with lowercase characters. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20909 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Performance has beeen improved when starting up and when changing companies. This was accomplished by defaulting the sort order for Tests, Participants, and Companies to "Natural Order." Previously, the default index was "SERIALALL" (Company, Batch, Participant, Substance Type). 2. Some of the standard participant and result list reports were not breaking to a new page for each company. This has been fixed, to obey the traditional paging convention from DP4.0. 3. Some of the standard participant and result list reports were not resetting the page number even though "New page on [GROUP] change" is selected. This has been fixed. The page number will reset (to "1") when a page break is triggered by a group change. 4. FMCSA MIS Form: Company Name was absent from the company address line (contact name was listed). This has been fixed, so the Company Name and Contact Name are both provided. 5. When selecting "Enter Range Below" in the Company List report options window, only the current company would print. This has been fixed. 6. When marking a company "Inactive", the Company ID was not being successfully removed from the consortia in which it occurred. Instead, this company would be removed from the standard "All Companies" group. This has been fixed. Users suffering from this problem should run "Tools | Advanced | Update Consco File". 7. Network users were experiencing data synchronization problems between applications in the DrugPak suite. Records added via one thread would not immediately be visible in another thread. This has been fixed, so new data should be available upon every request to the database. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20916 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. "SELECT AN ALTERNATE" SPEED IMPROVEMENTS DATABASE UPGRADE to LEVEL 55 When you log into DrugPak, you will be prompted to run the database upgrade. Only one user should attempt logging into the system until the database upgrade is complete. If possible, log in at the server to complete this process, which may take several minutes (depending on the size of your eligible pool history file). This database upgrade adds a new index to the eligible pool history file. This new index (SEL_TYPE), and other changes in the "Select an Alternate" routine (covered below), should increase the speed of the entire "Select an Alternate" process. SELECTING A BATCH FIRST... Previously, when you chose "Randoms | Select an Alternate" from the main menu, the "Select an Alternate" window would automatically retrieve an alternates list for an automatically-chosen batch number. Now you will be prompted to select a batch *before* any inquiry is made to the Alternates database. This should eliminate the execution of unnecessary queries to the database. When you choose "Select an Alternate" from the main menu, a list of batch numbers will be displayed. A default batch number will be automatically highlighted. This default batch number will be either the batch number of the currently displayed RND random record on the Results Page (if applicable), or the last batch number generated by DrugPak. If this is not the desired batch number, then you can select another batch in the lookup window. ...THEN SELECTING A COMPANY After selecting a batch from the "Find Batch" window, you will be asked if you want to isolate a specific company from which to select an alternate. If you choose YES, then a list of companies will be displayed, and the Current Company will be selected by default (if this is not the desired company, then you can select another company in the lookup window). If you choose NO, then you can still pick a specific company later. Choosing to isolate the Company *before* retrieving the list of alternates speeds up the process by eliminating the execution of unnecessary queries. FIND NEXT ALTERNATE The "Find Next Alternate" button in the "Select an Alternate" window now is much faster. 2. See "Preferences | Workstation Preferences | Advanced Options" for performance-enhancing features. NEW CHECKBOX: Reset *Participant* sort order to "Natural Order" when changing companies. Mark this checkbox ON to speed up the "change current company" process. It removes the current index from the *Participants* table before changing companies, to speed things up. NEW CHECKBOX: Reset *Result* sort order to "Natural Order" when changing companies. Mark this checkbox ON to speed up the change companies process. It removes the current index from the *Results* table before changing companies, to speed things up. NEW ON THIS PAGE: "Sort Lookup Lists by" list-box. Set to CODE to improve performance when browsing records throughout the software. It controls the order in which items appear in the data-lookup drop-down lists throughout the software. NEW ON THIS PAGE: "Search Lookup Lists by" list-box. Set to CODE to improve performance when browsing records throughout the software. It controls which column in the lookup table will be searched as you type into the edit area of the lists. 3. Random selection parameters page using extra paper: This problem may be fixed. If you still suffer from this problem, you may have a custom report, or your reporting engine may need to be upgraded. Please call tech support. 4. A typographical error was fixed on the Print Result Letters instructions. 5. ALCOHOL TESTS: The "Status" list had the incorrect decimal values. .20 and .40 have been changed to .02 and .04, respectively. 6. See Tools | Advanced | Execute Query, for a new SQL tool. Use this tool to make large-scale data modification, or to lookup up records. Only the MASTER user may make data modifications. This feature will be unavailable if the user does not have access to Results. 7. Result Letters: Marking Letters printed successfully. This process no longer uses the status window to ask the user if the records have been printed successfully. A typical "Confirmation" dialog will have the user click YES or NO after printing the report. This confirmation dialog will appear immediately if the user is printing directly to the printer. If previewing in a window, then the confirmation dialog will appear after the report window is closed. 8. Report margin settings were using the smallest possible margins supported by the printer, unless manually overridden by the user. Now the default margins will obey the margins set when the report was originally designed (usually around .75 inches). 9. The "Did these letters print successfully?" prompt is now optional. Simply check ON the "Do not show this message again" checkbox when responding to the prompt. To force the system to begin prompting this message again, see "Preferences | Workstation Preferences | Optional Prompts". 10. When printing Result Letters via the "Envelope" button on the main screen, you will now be asked if you want to send the letter directly to the printer. Click YES to send the report to the printer. Click NO to preview the report in a window. This prompt is optional. Simply check ON the "Do not show this message again" checkbox when responding to the prompt. The system will remember whether you click YES or NO, and will not ask you again. To force the system to begin prompting this message again, see "Preferences | Workstation Preferences | Optional Prompts". 11. It is now possible to pack one or more data files without having to pack all data files. See Tools | Advanced | Pack and Index Specific Files. 12. The Add Filter button in the Find windows now works. Previously clicking the button did nothing. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20916a -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Notification Letter page breaks have been restored. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20918 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Fixed a bug where the Result Letter would always send the report to the window, regardless of the "Preview in Window" checkbox setting. 2. Improved the Report Margins interface. Previously it was very difficult to enter a value directly into the boxes. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20920 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Participant Import: Previously an exception could occur if one or more DOT Administrations are TRUE but the DOT flag itself is FALSE. Now the DOT field will be marked true automatically if any Administrations are selected. 2. Select an Alternate: Made some changes to streamline the process. i) Now the system will ask if you want to look up a batch number, before displaying the Find Batch window. You can choose to look up a batch number, or to accept the default batch. You can also choose to have the program remember your answer and not ask again. ii)Now the program will not ask you if you want to isolate a specific company unless the random batch is a multi-company random. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.20925 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. The Participant Import routine was not properly importing the DOT Administrations. This has been fixed. 2. The Participant Import routine was not importing the new custom Participant fields P_SORT1, P_SORT2, P_DATE1, P_DATE2, P_TF1, P_TF2. This has been fixed. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21008 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Resolved Error Messages in the "Export to LabLink" routine. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21025 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Resolved error 7028 error when Login screen is displayed(Client/Server installations only). 2. The participant import process was not filling out the "Record Added" and "Last User" information. Now it does. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21031 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. In workstation preferences, the "Optional Prompts" checkboxes were disabled when they should be enabled, and vice-versa. This made it impossible to turn an optional prompt back on. This has been fixed. Note: the only way to turn off an optional prompt is still to receive that prompt during the regular operation of the software and to check the "Do not ask me again" or "Remember my answer" checkbox. 2. A new Workstation Preference has been added on the "Result Options" page: "COC checkbox uses today's date". When this checkbox is marked on, then clicking the COC checkbox on the results page causes the system date to be automatically entered into the COC_DATE field. If this checkbox is marked OFF, then clicking the COC checkbox on the results page causes a calendar component to appear. 3. When using the keyboard to mark the COC checkbox on the Results Page, it was not possible to also use the keyboard to set the date in the calendar. This has been fixed. Use the arrow keys to select the desired date and press ENTER to close the calendar component. 4. Now when you change the "sort/search lookup lists by " options, you no longer need to restart the software for changes take effect. 5. Collection Site mailing labels report had not been updated to work with the latest database drivers, resulting in an error 534 when attempting to print. This has been fixed. 6. When printing the Participant Short Form or One-Line Form reports, and sorting by OTHER_ID, the OTHER_ID value was not printing. This has been fixed. 7. Fixed some small bugs in the Tools | Advanced | Execute SQL Command -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21113 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Database upgrade to level 56 adds CO_SSN index to the participant table. 2. Solves a bug which causes an access violation if another instance of the software is running and you decide not to open the second instance. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21118 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Removed a reference to the SHELLAPI call "SHGetSpecialFolderPathA" because some versions of Windows were not accepting it. This function call was used in the Tools | Advanced | Execute Query window, to obtain the path to the Documents folder when exporting to HTML. Now the "Save-As" window will default to saving in the SQL folder. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21125 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Database upgrade to level 57; Adds R_ADDEDAPP index to TESTS database, to speed up MRO Management Result Export Audit Trail report. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21129 -------------------------------------------------------- Today's updates primarily deal with importing results from the Alco-Sensor IV breath alcohol detection software. 1. Fixed a bug in Workstation Preferences, which prevented the settings from being saved when turning on the ASIV option. 2. Results page: Added a "Lighting Bolt" button next to the Result Status list. Click this button to launch the ASIV Wizard. 3. Restructured the DrugPak ASIV Wizard. Setup Page: This is the first page of the wizard. It will be skipped if all information has been provided. It stores the path to the ASIV Software, Technician name, and Technician Company info (your company). Participant Page: This is the second page of the wizard. It will be skipped if all participant information is present. Contact Page: This is the third page. It contains DER contact information. It will be skipped if the DER contact name and company are provided. Result Page: This is the final page of the wizard. The wizard may automatically open to this page if it was possible to automatically complete all required information from the preceding pages. The "Pre-Test Summary" memo on the right side shows all of the Technician, Participant, and Contact information which was entered on the prior three pages. It is possible to go back to any of the pages to modify the data prior to performing the test. Click the Perform Test button when you are ready to proceed. After the ASIV program terminates, DrugPak will read the results and display them on the right side of the page. Click the "Accept Results" button to write them to the results file. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21204 -------------------------------------------------------- Today's updates primarily deal with importing results from the Alco-Sensor IV breath alcohol detection software. 1. Moved the BAT Technician information to the last page. This facilitates use of the wizard by different technicians, at the same workstation. 2. Fixed a bug which caused the wizard to get information from the wrong participant. 3. Now the test type information will be sent back to the Result record if the test type was not specified before launching the ASIV wizard. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21204a -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Fixed a bug in the Participant Import routine which was always causing the DOT Administration to be marked "TRUE" even if the value was marked FALSE. 2. Significantly increased the speed of the Participant Import routine, particularly when importing by SSN. -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21205 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. The "Halo" button was missing from the Results Page. It's back! Sorry about that -david -------------------------------------------------------- v.5.0.21211 -------------------------------------------------------- 1. Now the pre-ASIV Wizard data window will obtain the default collector name from the user's file, rather than saving the last collector name each time. This way different users can log onto the same workstation and their names will be used automatically. This feature will not apply to the MASTER user because the MASTER login is often shared by different users. If you are operating as the MASTER user, it will remember the settings from the last session you logged in as the MASTER user. 2. It is no longer possible for "normal" users to change their own "Full-name" in the Users file. Only the MASTER user may change a user's Full Name.
